Nihyan the NBAD is the prime bank of Abu Dhabi the corniche tower is owned by one of its shareholder, as the bank occupies it’s two commercial floors, also, renting some floors for it’s employees. the tower is one of the unique structures facing the waterfront with it’s cylindircal shape duplexes
